Cab App – Terms and Conditions for Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Services

You may use the Services to:

• Book rides through licensed drivers.
• Track rides in real-time.
• Pay via in-app payment methods or cash (if available).

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you must register and maintain an account:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse or breach.

5. Booking and Cancellation

• Rides are subject to driver availability.
• You may cancel a booking within a specific time (shown in the app) without penalty.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Payments

• Fare estimates are provided before booking but may change due to route, traffic, or delays.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• All fares include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm drivers or other users.
• Damage the vehicle or app functionality.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to report misconduct to relevant authorities.

8. Driver Relationship

Drivers are independent contractors. We facilitate the connection between users and drivers but are not liable for the driver's actions, omissions, or conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hike Cab is not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage from use of the service.
• Delays, cancellations, or missed appointments.
• Unauthorized access to your account.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion without notice if you violate these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Rajasthan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Didwana Jurisdiction in Rajasthan.
