Welcome to Hikecab, a platform operated by Rapid Kanishka Services Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at Maulasar, Dist. – Didwana-Kuchaman (Rajasthan) 341506 (“Hikecab”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Hike Captain App, operated by Rapid Kanishka Services Pvt. Ltd., which allows drivers to receive ride requests, navigate routes, and complete taxi bookings.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

  • Government-issued identification (driver’s license, Aadhaar, PAN – for Hike Captain only)
  • Payment details (UPI ID, bank account, card information, etc.)

b) Location Information

Real-time and background location data to enable trip matching, navigation, and safety.

c) Device and Usage Data

Device information (model, operating system, identifiers, app version), IP address, browser information, crash logs, and analytics data.

d) Trip and Transaction Details

Pickup/drop locations, trip duration, fare, payment method, and feedback.

e) Communications and Support

Queries, complaints, reviews, or any other communication with our support team.

  • Match riders with nearby Hike Captains
  • Process payments and generate invoices
