Insurance Policy – Hike Cab

This policy outlines the insurance-related terms applicable to both Drivers and Users of the Hike Cab application.

Driver Policy (हाइक कैब चालक नीति)

  • Hike Cab एक Web Application Software है जो Driver / Captain को Passenger / User से संबंधित Information के बारे में अवगत करता है।
  • Hike Cab का उद्देश्य Captain / Driver को अधिक से अधिक Passenger या Ride उपलब्ध कराने में सहायता करना है।
  • Hike Cab Application का उपयोग करने के दौरान Ride पर किसी भी प्रकार की सुरक्षा संबंधी घटना के लिए Hike Cab जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा, क्योंकि इस Application का उद्देश्य Captain को User के बारे में अवगत कराना है।
  • इस Application का उपयोग करने वाले Captain / Driver अपने वाहन के लिए Full या Third-Party Insurance with PA (Personal Accident) Coverage अपनी आवश्यकतानुसार स्वयं करवा सकते हैं। यदि Insurance उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो किसी भी घटना के घटित होने पर Hike Cab जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
  • Hike Cab किसी भी Driver / Captain या User / Passenger के लिए किसी प्रकार का Insurance जारी नहीं करता है।

User Policy (हाइक कैब उपयोगकर्ता नीति)

  • Hike Cab किसी भी User / Passenger को केवल Driver / Captain के बारे में सूचना / जानकारी उपलब्ध कराता है।
  • Hike Cab Application के माध्यम से किसी भी Ride को Book करने या Ride के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की Insurance Policy लागू नहीं करता है।

Driver Policy (English)

  • Hike Cab is a web application that informs drivers/captains about information related to passengers/users.
  • The primary purpose of Hike Cab is to help captains/drivers obtain passengers or ride requests through the platform.
  • Hike Cab is not responsible for any safety-related issues that occur during a ride while using the Hike Cab application, as the application is intended to provide the captain with information about the user.
  • Captains/drivers using this application should obtain full or third-party insurance with Personal Accident (PA) coverage for their vehicle according to their individual requirements. Hike Cab will not be liable for incidents arising where such insurance is not in place.
  • Hike Cab does not provide or issue any type of insurance for drivers/captains or users/passengers.

User Policy (English)

  • Hike Cab only provides information about the driver/captain to the user/passenger.
  • Hike Cab does not provide or apply any kind of insurance policy to any ride booked or taken through the Hike Cab application.
