Customer Terms and Conditions – Cabs and Autos App
These Customer Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern
your access to and use of the mobile application and services
("App", "Service") provided by
Rapid Kanishka Services Pvt. Ltd
("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the
Service. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant
that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter
into this agreement.
2. Services
We provide a platform that connects customers with third-party
transportation providers (drivers of cabs and autos).
We do not provide transportation services directly and are not
responsible for the acts or omissions of the drivers.
3. Booking and Ride Requests

You may book a ride via the App by providing your pickup and
drop-off locations.

Estimated fares and arrival times are displayed but are not
guaranteed.

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a
certain period.
4. Payments

All payments are to be made through the App using supported
digital payment methods
(e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets).

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf.

Dynamic pricing may apply during peak hours or due to high
demand.
5. User Conduct
You agree:
- To use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Not to harm, threaten, or abuse drivers or other users.

Not to damage vehicles or engage in unlawful behaviour.

To wear seat belts, helmets and follow all traffic laws
during the ride.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy displayed
in the App.

Refunds for network errors or duplicate payments for the same
ride will be processed to the original payment method within
7 business days.
7. Ratings and Feedback
You may rate your driver and leave feedback. Inappropriate content,
including offensive or discriminatory remarks, is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures in ride availability.

We are not responsible for driver behaviour or conduct.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability
for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for
the ride in question.
9. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our
Privacy Policy

your data.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the
Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at
our discretion.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of
the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of
India/Rajasthan. Any disputes shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Didwana (Rajasthan).
